Shipment of Products:
Our products are shipped from various locations in India, including third-party warehouses, stores, or offices, as well as our own.
We strive to deliver your purchases within 7-10 days from the receipt of your order and payment, typically Monday to Sunday. Please keep in mind that goods must be signed for upon delivery, and we will not be held responsible for any products signed for by anyone other than the person who placed the order at the specified address during checkout. Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we cannot be held accountable for any incorrect addresses provided at the time of ordering. Our delivery service will not redirect or redeliver to any other address under any circumstances. Products can only be delivered in the cities where they are available on our website. After delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the product. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the delivery date, time, and address. If delivery fails due to the wrong address, the recipient's unavailability, or locked premises, we will make a second attempt and charge additional delivery fees. If you refuse to pay the additional charges, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount, minus the cancellation and delivery fees. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as floods, heavy rains, or national bandhs, we may reschedule the delivery. If you receive a delivery with missing or damaged items, please report it to our customer service team on the day of delivery and sign the delivery challan copy, highlighting the shortage of goods, which should be returned to the delivery person.
Return Policy
If the products delivered to you are accurate and as per your original order, no refunds or exchange can be made. However, if any items are damaged, expired, or not as per your original order, please return them to the delivery person with a remark on the delivery challan. You can also contact customer service through the contact us link on the website and mention the return of products, along with the order number and the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened, in saleable condition, and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and a return/exchange authorization number.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale of opened or used products. Postage and charges for return of products will not be refunded. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. We will contact you once your return is complete.
